Get soccer match lineups

Returns the lineups for a single soccer match, including formations, substitutes, coaches and team colors. lineup_type "confirmed": published by the clubs, about an hour before kickoff (official sources win). Before that, for a match not started, lineup_type "expected": each team's last confirmed lineup (at most 45 days old) without the players listed as missing for this match; expected names the match each side is based on and who was removed (replacements are not guessed).
