We collect as little personal data as we need to sell you a plan and run the service. This page says what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

  1. What we collect

Your email address, your company name and the billing address you add for receipts. When you use the API, we log the requests made with your key: the time, the endpoint and the response status.

  2. Why we collect it

To send your login links and receipts, to provide the service and measure your usage, to keep the service secure, and to answer you when you write to us.

  3. Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number. USDC payments go through P2Flux; the paying wallet address and the transaction are public on the blockchain by nature.

  4. Who we share it with

Only with the providers that run the service for us, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing, and only as far as they need it. We do not sell personal data.

  5. How long we keep it

Account data for as long as you have an account and as required for tax records afterwards. Request logs for 14 days.

  6. Your choices

You can see and correct your details in your account, delete your account, or write to info@sportstatsapi.com to ask what data we hold about you. Modulout LLC is responsible for this data.
