Refund policy

We want you to buy with confidence. If the data does not do what we say it does, you get your first payment back.

  1. First payment

    Write to us within 14 days of your first payment if the data does not do what we describe, and we refund that payment in full.

  2. Renewals

    Monthly renewals are not refunded. You can cancel the renewal at any time from your account, and your access continues until the end of the month you paid for.

  3. How refunds are paid

    Card payments are refunded to the same card. USDC payments are refunded in USDC to the wallet that paid.

  4. AI agent payments

    Pay-per-call charges for requests that were answered are not refunded. If a request was charged and not answered, write to us with the transaction link.

  5. How to ask

    Use the contact page and choose Billing, or write to info@sportstatsapi.com. Include the email address on your account and, for USDC, the transaction link.
