These terms are the agreement between you and SportStatsAPI when you buy a plan, use an access key or let an AI agent pay per call. By paying, you accept them.

  1. Who we are

    SportStatsAPI is operated by Modulout LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (Wyoming filing ID 2025-001585138), 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. In these terms, "we" means that company and "you" means the person or company that buys or uses the service.

  2. Your account and keys

    You buy a plan with an email address, and we send a one-time login link to it. Your access key belongs to your company. Keep it secret, do not put it in public code, and rotate it from your account if you think someone else has it.

  3. Plans, payment and renewal

    Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. You pay by card through Stripe or in USDC through P2Flux. Plans renew every month on the day you bought them until you cancel the renewal; access continues until the end of the paid month.

  4. How you may use the data

    You may show the data and the generated sentences on your websites, apps, newsletters and social channels, and give it to your own AI assistant. Generated sentences are produced automatically from the data, and you are responsible for how you label and publish them.

  5. What you may not do

    You may not resell or redistribute the raw data as a data feed, share your key outside your company, or use the service in ways the acceptable use policy does not allow.

  6. Availability and changes

    We work to keep the service available and the data accurate, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or never contain an error. We may change the service and these terms; we tell you by email before a change that affects your plan.

  7. Liability

    To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost revenue.

  8. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. Any dispute goes to the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
