Facts feed: what finished matches changed

Insights plan feature (403 FEATURE_NOT_IN_PLAN without it). Finished matches of the last days with their new facts: the match story (comebacks, late winners, red cards), runs that started, grew or ended, table places and zones. Each fact also as a sentence (lang de, es, it, fr). Newest first; poll with since (the last item's updated_at). Facts only, no predictions.
