1How to report an error
Use the contact form. Include the address of the article, what is wrong and, if you can, a source that shows the right fact.
2What we do
We check the report against the article's sources and our match data. If the article is wrong, we correct it, and the article's update time shows that it changed. If our match data is wrong, we fix the data, and the pages and articles built from it follow.
3Serious errors
If an error cannot be fixed by correcting the article, for example when the story itself is wrong, we take the article down.
4Learning from errors
When an error comes from one of our quality rules missing something, we change the rule so the same kind of error is caught before publishing next time.
