Lazio left Juventus with a 3-0 win, built on Oliver Provstgaard’s first-half opener and two goals after the interval. Gustav Isaksen and Fisayo Dele-Bashiru completed the scoring in a result that sends Lazio into their next game on the back of a convincing away victory.

Provstgaard broke the deadlock in the 37th minute, finishing Mattia Zaccagni’s assist. That made it 1-0 at half-time. Juventus then had to chase the game, but Lazio added a second on 66 minutes when Isaksen converted Nuno Tavares’s pass.

Dele-Bashiru settled the final score in the 89th minute. Andrea Pinamonti supplied the assist as Lazio made it three without reply. All three goals had different scorers, with Zaccagni, Tavares and Pinamonti each setting one up.

The scoreline gives Lazio a clear result to carry into their next fixture, a home meeting with Parma on Saturday 24 October at 20:45 CEST. For Juventus, the next chance to respond comes away to Lecce on Sunday 25 October, with kick-off at 18:00 CET.

The 3-0 win is the immediate headline for Lazio; the next test is whether they can take that result into the Parma match. Juventus, meanwhile, will look to put the defeat behind them when they travel to Lecce. Both sides have their next league fixture within a week of the result.
