Raoul Bellanova is back in Atalanta’s 21-man squad for Sunday’s visit to AC Milan, giving Maurizio Sarri another option at wing-back for the Serie A meeting. His inclusion makes him available for selection, but Atalanta have not announced their starting team.
The club’s official squad list names Bellanova among the players travelling to San Siro for the seventh round of the 2026/27 season. Digne Kaelas Pounga, Matteo Plaia and Javison Idele are also included. Marco Carnesecchi, Charles De Ketelaere, Gianluca Scamacca and Nikola Krstović feature among the other call-ups.
Bellanova’s return is the main change for Atalanta ahead of a match against an unbeaten Milan side. The Rossoneri have taken 12 points from their first six league games and sit sixth. Atalanta are 10th on nine points, so Sunday’s result offers them a chance to close the gap on their hosts.
Milan will be without Alexis Saelemaekers and Matteo Gabbia, according to the match records. Atalanta’s squad announcement does not specify whether Bellanova will start or how Sarri will use him. His return instead gives the coach another selection option as he prepares for the trip.
Kick-off is scheduled for 18:00 CEST on Sunday, October 18, at San Siro. The confirmed information for Atalanta is the 21-player call-up, not the starting XI. Bellanova is back in contention; whether he begins the match will be clear when the teams are announced.
